I read a rumor that TJ Maxx and Marshalls had EK Success and Martha punches for cheap so I've been hunting them down. My first trip yielded this lone punch. I figured that I missed out on the deal. I wasn't too thrilled with the design, but I decided this would be a cheap way to try out this style of punch. The design has grown on me since then, even if I haven't tried it out yet.
I checked out another store and thought I hit the jackpot. That store didn't have quite what I was looking for, but I couldn't resist these. I figured if I never get around to using them, I can gift them or resell them.
Then I read that some stores got in new shipments so I went back to the first store, which was easy to do since it is on my way home from work. They didn't have the one punch I really wanted, but I did get these beauties, which I like more than the previous batch.
Now the fun part...where to store all of these?
miscellaneous musing on my life, food, scrapping, and whatever else I'm thinking about.

Today's harvest
A pretty poor showing...That's what I get once a week, and that's only been for the past three weeks. As you can imagine, I'm pretty disappointed in this year's garden. I got a late start this year and I didn't have much compost to add to my new bed, which means a lack of vegetables. I just bought and planted a six pack of tomatoes in the hopes of having some tomatoes this fall.
New change
So I'm still contemplating a blog change, but in the mean time, I got a haircut. That's a cheap and easy way for a little change. You know me, no pictures, but rest assured, I'm happy with the change.
