Won't you be my neighbor?

It looks like the house next door is for sale. I say "looks like" because there is a realty sign, but no flyers and I can't find the house on the MLS. They've been good neighbors. The bad thing is they smoke and sometimes we can smell it in our house, but overall, they are friendly and quiet. Mr. Fix-it isn't happy about all their cars, but they park most of them in the driveway so it doesn't bother me. Yes, parking can be a bit difficult sometimes, but still, better than our other neighbors who didn't part in their garage or driveway for years. I asked Mr. Fix-it to be nosy and ask about their move, but he hasn't done it yet.

UGH. There is a trailer on the property in front of us that is a rental. We get new neighbors about once every 6 months or so. They are always, always BAD neighbors! I don't know what it is about this neighborhood!

Anyway, we finally got a good guy in there. He was older and single. He went to work and kept to himself. No loud parties, no can I borrow...
Just found out that he moved out yesterday. Bummer!
So we are sure to have a new load of people move in there any time.

I am not looking forward to it. I want to buy the place and burn the trailer to the ground. Too much riff-raff. lol

We've had our share of bad or trash-collecting neighbors over the years. Hope the "new" neighbors to be are better (of course, in this market, who knows when that will be).
