Maybe my recent negatives thoughts are from all the toxins I'm releasing from doing yoga. I don't know if toxins are really released when you do yoga (or get a massage), but the instructors always tell us to drink lots of water before, during, and after yoga to rehydrate and also to flush out the toxins. Drinking lots of water is always a good thing (except that I have to keep running to the bathroom).
